Our National Sales Executives work with all facets of businesses and organizations, including Scouting America, Girl Scouts of the USA, as well as Royal Rangers, American Heritage Girls and many more. We also serve Sports Teams, Schools, Colleges, Police/Fire/EMS/Government, Martial Arts, Restaurants, Bars/Breweries, Medical organizations to name a few. Our sales team has a range of skills to establish and serve accounts, including attention to detail and clear communication to ensure a pleasing and successful end product. The results are happy customers who turn into repeat customers. Our team has over 56 years combined experience in bringing projects from start to finish for our valued customers.

The art department works with both the sales department and production to see a customer’s job from start to finish. We provide art mock-ups to the sales representatives that they will then share with customers, and once approved we prepare it for production: choosing ink or thread colors, sizing to different garments, and preparing the art files for the production equipment. We work with a wide range of customer artwork; anything from finished vector artwork to children’s drawings.

Goods and materials come to shipping departments from various sources including suppliers, vendors and consumers. The shipping department is responsible for receiving, logging and storing these items until they can be distributed to the right place.

Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a fine mesh screen, then a squeegee is use to force ink through the stenciled mesh onto items, with t-shirts and sweatshirts being the most popular item to screen print. For almost every product type we have, there is usually a less expensive, mid-price range, and high end option, and there are many styles to choose from – not just t-shirts and sweatshirts. Another PLUS is we do not have screen charges!

It is worth noting screen printing can be less efficient and cost-effective for intricate, multi-colored designs or small print runs compared to other printing methods, such as digital printing. And the good news is even though we offer low minimums for screen printing, if you are not able to meet our screen print minimum, or if your design is full of ink colors, we also offer Direct to Garment (DTG) digital printing, which can accept a smaller quantity for orders and there are no color limitations for DTG printing.

Embroidery has been a popular decoration method for many years. As with most technological advances, computerized embroidery brought direct embroidery to a whole new level. With computerized machine embroidery, we can essentially upload your design and the machines will meticulously do the work. We can directly sew your design onto a wide array of items, resulting in a detailed and rich product when finished. Direct embroidery is best when using smaller designs and logos with text large enough to stitch legibly. We can stitch on polos, button down shirts, many types of jackets, knit hats, ball caps, duffle and tote bags, etc. with the design embedded in the fabric, making the embroidery part of the item being stitched.

We also have a state of the art Seit Laser Bridge machine which allows us the added ability to use applique, reverse applique and laser etching on items.

Recently renovated in 2020, we have a large work space perfect for printing any size banner or sign!

The stock patch department was the beginning of our company. Home to 5,000+ different patches, we ship daily to local and national customers. We offer an astounding variety that covers almost every activity! We love to receive suggestions for patches as well. We ship orders as small as a single patch to orders that contain thousands of patches.
