Returns
How do I return a stock item?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a Return:
- Returns less than $10 are not accepted.
- Discontinued, altered, dated, damaged or custom products are not eligible for Return.
- Products with a black Sku number are not eligible for Return.
- Products with no Sku number are not eligible for Return.
- Patches with stickers or other markings will not be accepted.
You will need a sign-in with an online account to process a Return. Find your order under the Orders tab and select Return.
Follow these guidelines before returning items to Advantage Emblem.
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a Return:
- An online account is required to process a Return.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained before sending back any items.
- Returns less than $10 are not accepted.
- Discontinued, altered, dated, damaged or custom products are not eligible for Return.
- Products with stickers or other markings are not eligible for Return.
- Products with a black SKU or no SKU are not eligible for Return.
- Please rubber band in quantities of 25 pieces.
- Exchanges less than 50 pieces will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
Returning your products may change the Mix & Match price for your order. The cost of the products you keep will be recalculated at the Mix & Match quantity price for them. Your refund amount will be calculated based on adjusted quantity pricing. Shipping rates may be recalculated.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted nor returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the Return is approved and received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
